This is a permanent full-time residential position with company-provided accommodation and relocation assistance available.

About the Role

Based in Nhulunbuy, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repair of a range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a major industrial site.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preventative and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems
- Fault finding and diagnostics




- Servicing refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- Maintaining central plant and associated mechanical systems
- Completing maintenance reporting and documentation
- Working collaboratively with site personnel to achieve safe and efficient outcomes
- Contributing to a strong safety culture on site

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

- RAC-01 Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Restricted Electrical Mechanic Licence
- Current C Class Manual Driver Licence
- Current CPR/LVR certification
- Minimum 2 years' HVAC industry experience
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Highly Regarded

- Unrestricted Electrical Mechanic Licence
- Working at Heights certification
- High Risk Work Licence - EWP
- Experience with chillers and central plant equipment
- Previous experience working within industrial or brownfield environments
