We're looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our day shift team!

Training will be provided for those skills that are particular to this business's activities. We are looking for a reliable, self motivated and mature minded person to fill this key role. Our plant operates 16 hours x 5 days. Role is day shift (6:00am - 2:00pm).

Reporting to the Production Manager, this position is responsible for the operation of our coating machines.

What you'll be doing:

- Set up and operate a coating machine (similar to printing), ensuring optimal performance and production efficiency.
- Monitor machine operation, identify and adjust for any deviations.
- Maintain accurate production records and quality control documentation.
- Perform basic machine maintenance tasks to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

What we're looking for:

- Experience operating printing machines or similar precision equipment (a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.




- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in basic maths and measurement techniques.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies.
- Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

Experience working within a manufacturing environment would be highly regarded. A minimum of 1-2 years of manufacturing experience is required for this role.
