Are you a Maintenance Electrician looking for a stable day‑shift role with a leading food manufacturer? We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well‑established food manufacturing facility based in Wacol.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrician who enjoys working in a fast‑paced production environment and wants strong earning potential through regular overtime.

The Opportunity

You will join an experienced maintenance team responsible for keeping a modern food manufacturing facility operating safely and efficiently.

Your role will involve a combination of preventative and reactive maintenance, electrical fault finding, breakdown response and supporting ongoing improvements across the site.





Key Responsibilities - Electrical fault finding and breakdown maintenance across production equipment - Preventative and scheduled maintenance - Diagnosing electrical faults and minimising production downtime - Working with motors, sensors, drives, control systems and automated machinery - Working closely with the mechanical maintenance and production teams - Responding quickly and effectively to production breakdowns - Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation What We’re Looking For - QLD Electrical Licence – Essential - Previous experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or industrial manufacturing - Robust electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills - Experience working with automated production machinery - PLC experience highly regarded - Strong understanding of preventative maintenance - Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team - Strong safety focus and practical problem‑solving ability If you’re an A-Grade Electrician who wants to get off rotating shifts and into a consistent 6am–2pm day shift, while still having the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through overtime, this could be an excellent opportunity.
