- We are seeking a Maintenance & Grounds Officer. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who works independently and has pride in presenting the grounds to a high standard and has a robust work ethic.
- Key responsibilities
- General grounds maintenance, landscaping, mowing and cleaning
- Minor repairs including plumbing, carpentry and general handyman work
- Maintain the presentation and condition of park facilities, including amenities, camp kitchen, pool, BBQ and outdoor areas
- Maintaining equipment and tools
- Assisting guests promptly and professionally
- Prioritises work, manages their own day and takes ownership of tasks
- Takes pride in presentation and has strong attention to detail
- Is reliable, organised and punctual




- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is physically fit and capable of manual work
- Holds a current driver’s licence
- Experience in caravan parks, hotels, resorts or facilities maintenance
- Gardening and landscaping experience
- General handyman or facilities maintenance experience
- Pool maintenance experience
- Experience using ride on mowers, blowers, whipper snippers, power tools

Pay: $30.00 – $34.00 per hour
