About the role: Maintain the care community's buildings, grounds, and equipment through preventative and reactive maintenance, contractor coordination, and compliance activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable workplace for residents, visitors, and team members.

Employment Type: Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday Remuneration: Starting from $35.67 per hour, based on experience & qualifications

Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting

Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable, not essential

Building and equipment maintenance on an ongoing basis

Liaison with external contractors where required

Lawn and garden maintenance as required

Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures
