Full-Time permanent position, 38 hours per week Are you a hands‑on maintenance qualified who takes pride in keeping facilities safe, functional, and well‑presented? We're looking for a Maintenance Officer to join our team at Lane Cove, where you'll play an important role in maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for older members of our community. Our residential Aged Care sites are Uniting Kamilaroi and Uniting St.
Columba's. From time to time, you may need to work in other locations within the local area. You will have use of a Uniting vehicle for all work‑related matters; however, the vehicle is not for personal use and must be garaged overnight at a Uniting location This is more than just a maintenance role.

- Be part of an organisation that genuinely cares about people and community About the role As our Maintenance Officer, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day upkeep of our facilities, ensuring everything is secure, functional, and well‑presented for our residents. You’ll be:
- Carrying out general maintenance and repairs
- Responding to maintenance requests in atimely and professional manner
- Maintain outdoor areas
- Supporting a safe environment through regular checks and upkeep
