The Chance:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will manage post-handover maintenance and warranty matters across the Gold Coast region.

You will inspect completed homes, assess reported issues and coordinate the required rectification work through to completion. You'll work closely with homeowners, trades, contractors and the wider construction team to ensure matters are handled promptly and to the required standard.

While this is an autonomous regional role, you will remain connected to the wider team and spend two days each week working from the Brisbane southside office.
