Role Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic accounting or finance skilled with strong accounting fundamentals, analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in systems and business improvement.

You'll support financial reporting processes across multiple industries, analyse and improve processes, and help deliver meaningful insights through data. On the job training is provided and you'll gain specialist commercial skills working alongside a team of accomplished professionals.

A premium base salary will be offered in accordance with your experience and demonstrated skill set.

This full-time, on-site Management Accountant role is based in Launceston, TAS. Qualifications:





Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, with experience in management accounting or a similar role.

Candidates should demonstrate solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and provide clear recommendations.

Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., CPA or CA) is advantageous.

High competency with accounting software and Microsoft excel, along with effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Launceston, TAS, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
