The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced consultants who can run client engagements independently and thrive as part of a collaborative team. Salary and level will reflect experience, capability and demonstrated impact.

You'll partner with clients to deliver meaningful business and technology transformation initiatives, helping organisations navigate change and achieve successful outcomes. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management or PMO/Project Coordination across consulting, professional services or client-side delivery environments.

You'll work across a mix of client-site, remote and office-based arrangements depending on project needs,



delivering business and technology transformation programs including system implementations and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently lead or collaboratively work on project management, business analysis and/or change management engagements with clients
- Lead or work within a team to deliver system implementations and broader transformation programs
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Identify and manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies
- Support business development activities, proposals and client growth opportunities
- Coach and mentor junior consultants
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Glisk through service development, thought leadership and internal initiatives

About You

- 5-10 years' experience in consulting, professional services or client-facing delivery
- Proven experience in Project Management, Business Analysis or Change Management
- Confident taking ownership of client delivery, with a genuine team-player mindset
- Experience delivering business and technology change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning, problem-solving and delivery capabilities
- Relevant qualifications, training or certifications are desirable but not essential (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, BABOK, Prosci, PMP)
