Role Overview

As a Manager in Training, you’ll step into a fully-fledged leadership role from day one - immersing yourself in the day-to-day of running a store, leading a team, and creating experiences that matter. This is your opportunity to shape culture, inspire others, and build the foundation for your next chapter as a Store Manager.

You’ll learn by doing, supported by our team and guided by our values, with a clear path toward taking the reins of your own store in the near future.

What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire your team to deliver warm, welcoming, and meaningful customer moments

Drive results across service, sales, store presentation and operational excellence

Build a robust, values-led team culture rooted in collaboration,

Support day-to-day operations including rostering, stock flow, and visual merchandising

Develop your leadership capability through on-the-ground coaching, feedback and growth conversations
