We're looking for a capable and practical infrastructure leader who enjoys delivering results through people, projects and partnerships.
You will bring
- Extensive experience in civil infrastructure, road construction, maintenance or related engineering environments
- Proven success leading infrastructure projects, capital works programs and operational teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and support high-performing teams
- Experience managing contractors, budgets, procurement and project delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Sound judgement, problem-solving ability and a practical approach to achieving outcomes
- A current Class C Driver Licence
- Qualifications in Civil Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in local government, regional infrastructure or public sector environments.
- Knowledge of NSW local government legislation, procurement and contract management requirements.

- Desirable - Contemporary asset management knowledge, particularly as it relates to roads, drainage, bridges and civil infrastructure renewal (please ensure you provide details and/or examples)
- Desirable - Experience developing and implementing quality assurance systems, service level improvements and continuous improvement initiatives (please ensure you provide details and/or examples)
