About the Role

As our Manufacturing Administrator, you'll play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing team. Working closely with Engineering, Production and Procurement, you'll help ensure documentation, inventory records and administrative processes are accurate, organised and up to date.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From coordinating production documentation and supporting stock management activities to assisting with purchasing administration, dispatch paperwork and general team support, you'll help keep manufacturing activities running efficiently while contributing to a collaborative and quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to one of our advanced manufacturing programs and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Maintain accurate production records, databases and manufacturing documentation.
- Prepare documentation required for dispatch, freight and customer deliveries.
- Support inventory administration, including consumable stocktakes, stock reconciliations and reporting.
- Assist Procurement by maintaining inventory records, monitoring stock movements and supporting purchasing activities.
- Process data accurately within ERP and business systems to support production and operational requirements.
- Generate reports and assist with tracking production, inventory and concession data.
- Maintain organised electronic and hard copy records in line with quality and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide general office administration, including document preparation, filing, scanning and record management.
- Deliver professional reception support and visitor management when required.




- Assist with coordinating internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, compliant and collaborative workplace.

What You'll Bring

- Previous administration experience within a manufacturing, engineering, warehousing, logistics or production environment.
- Experience supporting inventory control, stock management, procurement or warehouse administration will be highly regarded.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy.
- Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a busy environment.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience working with ERP, MRP or inventory management systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across multiple teams.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Flexible, reliable and adaptable, with a customer-focused mindset.
- A continuous improvement approach and a willingness to identify more efficient ways of working.

This role requires you to be an essential part of the manufacturing process and therefore requires you to be present in the office five days a week.
