This is an opportunity to join the marketing team of a leading Australian asset manager, delivering integrated marketing initiatives that support rapid business and brand growth.
This is a hands-on role that combines strategic ownership with direct execution. You will be expected to develop and execute campaigns, manage digital channels, analyse performance and continuously improve the effectiveness of our marketing activities. You will work closely with a team of marketing specialists, as well as wider internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Implement integrated marketing plans aligned with the Group’s business, brand, and client engagement objectives.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns from initial brief through to execution, optimisation and performance reporting.
- Support product launches, capital-raising initiatives, investor engagement and ongoing client communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and use data and insights to improve engagement, lead generation and marketing effectiveness.
- Improve the use of AI, marketing automation, digital and analytics platforms to strengthen campaign delivery and team efficiency.
- Oversee website content and work with specialists to improve SEO, paid search, user experience and conversion performance.
- Manage internal and external specialists to deliver content across social media, websites, newsletters, social media, presentations, brochures, videos and other investor-facing materials.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Support market and competitor research to identify trends, investor needs and growth opportunities.
- Support investor events, conferences, exhibitions, webinars and corporate functions.
- Provide broader marketing support across the business as priorities evolve.
About you
You are a resourceful, commercially minded and highly organised marketing professional who is comfortable moving between strategy and execution. You can work independently, manage competing deadlines and communicate confidently with technical subject-matter experts and senior stakeholders.
Job-specific skills, qualifications and experience:
- At least 6 years’ marketing experience within financial services, preferably in asset management or investment management.
- Strong understanding of the Australian financial services market.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support distribution, capital raising, client engagement or brand objectives.
- Strong financial-services writing and editing skills, with the ability to interpret technical investment information and communicate it clearly to different audiences.
- Hands-on experience using marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Account Engagement, Marketo or similar systems.
- Experience with email marketing, audience segmentation, campaign automation, landing pages and lead-management processes.
- Working knowledge of website content management systems, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and digital advertising platforms.
- Confidence using marketing data to assess performance,
identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Experience managing events, agencies, suppliers and project budgets is preferred.
