Follio in Richmond, Melbourne is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator to manage the post-contract journey for Multi-Unit Complex property transactions, combining property administration, transaction coordination, client communication and compliance.
You will ensure settlements progress on time and handover to Property Management, working closely with Property Advisors, Property Management and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience.
