About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Medical Centre Receptionists to join our team at Our Medical Gold Coast.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering a welcoming, qualified and efficient front-of-house experience. You will also provide essential administrative support to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the medical centre.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide a professional and welcoming reception experience for all patients and visitors

· Support patient check-ins via the Our Medical app and other general enquiries





· Support healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow

· Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as required

· Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception environment

About You

You are a proactive and service-driven professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy environment. You take pride in delivering a high standard of customer service and contributing to a positive team culture.

You will have

· Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role

· Experience in a medical centre or general practice workplace (preferred)

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· High attention to detail and ability to work independently

· Proficient computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Flexibility to work morning, evening and weekend shifts
