MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST - Permanent Part-time

TUNSTALL SQUARE FAMILY MEDICAL CENTRE – Donvale

We are seeking a friendly, caring and organised Medical Receptionist to join our well-established medical practice and supportive team.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has excellent communication and organisational skills

- Is friendly, professional and patient-focused

- Works well as part of a team

- Can remain calm and productive under pressure

- Medical reception experience is preferred

- Knowledge of Pracsoft and MedicalDirector is preferred.

Position Details

- Part-time: 17.5 hours per week

- No weekend or public holiday work

- Immediate start preferred

- Flexibility to cover sick leave and annual leave for other reception staff when required
