As a Mid-Range Graphic Designer, you will work collaboratively with our team and clients to create high-quality visual designs for a range of digital and print media. The successful candidate will be able to translate strategic objectives into visually effective design work that drives engagement and action.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of digital and print media
- Design and produce digital marketing materials such as social media posts, website graphics, video, animations and web banners.
- Create print materials such as flyers, newspaper ads, billboards, and other print marketing collateral.




- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and present design concepts to senior management, as well as clients.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and meet the client's requirements and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software updates

Skills

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as well as Canva.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print design work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong design skills, including an eye for color, composition, and typography
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with video editing is a plus
