Curious Minds, is leading advocacy communications agency that works within the public and advocacy sectors. We are seeking a talented and creative Brisbane based Mid-Range Graphic Designer to join our high impact creative team.

You will join a team that leads the national conversation on Health, Housing, Natural Resources, Education and Infrastructure. This is a rare prospect for the right candidate who is passionate about advocacy and nationally significant issues.

Our campaigns have national reach and impact. As a Mid-Range Graphic Designer, you will work collaboratively with our team and clients to create high-quality visual designs for a range of digital and print media. The successful candidate will be able to translate strategic objectives into visually effective design work that drives engagement and action.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of digital and print media

Design and produce digital marketing materials such as social media posts, website graphics, video, animations and web banners.

Create print materials such as flyers, newspaper ads, billboards, and other print marketing collateral.





Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and present design concepts to senior management, as well as clients.

Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and meet the client's requirements and objectives.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software updates Skills: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency

Proficient in Adobe Suite, including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as well as Canva.

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print design work

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong design skills, including an eye for color, composition, and typography

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary Range 75,000 - 85,000 plus Super plus annual bonus. Please note the salary guide is fixed as is the location.
