Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop concept design phases for high-profile commercial, workplace, and residential projects, ensuring innovative and functional solutions that set industry standards.

- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate client visions into compelling, executable design concepts.

- Take ownership of design presentations, client stakeholder engagement, and zoning all aspects of creative development from initial ideation through refinement.

- Manage technical delivery using Revit, maintaining design integrity and ensuring seamless transition from concept to detailed documentation.

- Contribute to a creative studio culture by sharing expertise, mentoring junior team members, and fostering a continuous learning environment.

- Engage in stakeholder workshops, site visits,



and client meetings to ensure designs respond effectively to real-world conditions and expectations.

- Assist in expanding the interior design team by attracting and nurturing talented professionals committed to excellence and innovation.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in concept design, ideally with integrated architecture and interior design expertise across commercial, workplace, hospitality, or residential sectors.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions, bold concepts, and high-quality presentation skills.

- Expert proficiency in Revit, capable of leading the technical delivery of complex projects.

- Solid understanding of spatial planning, materiality, and building codes, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members alike.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
