Overview of Responsibilities:

- As a core member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their migration needs.

- You must be able to work independently, have knowledge of migration laws and regulations, and provide accurate, relevant advice and assistance to clients with respect to visa options and eligibility.

- Prepare and lodge visa applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to relevant regulations.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.

- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, guidance, and support throughout the migration process.

Requirements:

- Active MARA Registration or Legal Practitioner Number (LPN).

- In-depth understanding of Australian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.

- Robust attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage a workload with minimal supervision.
