As the custodian of the customer experience, you'll:

- Hyrbid role based out of Head Office in Potts Point NSW.
- Be the go-to person for all lending inquiries.
- Analyse the unique needs of current customers.
- Identify and secure the optimal mortgage solutions.
- Skillfully manage loan documentation.
- Provide proactive support throughout the loan process.
- Navigate loans from submission to settlement, liaising with all necessary parties.
- Maintain post-settlement relationships, helping clients prepare for their next investment.

About You

We're seeking a standout candidate to join our growing team. If you meet the following criteria, we can't wait to meet you:

- Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, accompanied by 2-3 years of experience.




- A deep understanding of the investment loan process, gained from previous roles as a loans writer or loans specialist. (Experience with Connective is a bonus!)
- You’ve had experience with various property investment loan structures, including defence, full doc, low doc, construction loans and residential investment loans.
- A proactive self-starter and team player, aligned with our values of trust, leadership, and support.
- A strong work ethic, with a knack for exploring unconventional solutions.
- Driven, motivated, and a master of getting things done.
- Outstanding customer relationship management skills, driven by a passion for elevating the customer experience.
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented, with top-notch communication skills.
- Proficiency with lending technology platforms and web applications like Mercury.
