Who will you be working with? You'll join a well-regarded Motor Assessing team known for its strong culture, supportive leadership and high performance. Reporting to experienced leaders who value collaboration, data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement, you'll work alongside a group of Assessing Specialists across QA, storm events and operational partner management.

- Review assessment accuracy and quality across internal and external assessors - Engage with external partners (AAMC, Tapanda, others) to ensure performance and compliance - Assess vehicle damage and deliver post-authorisation reviews - Provide structured feedback to leaders, assessors and partners to uplift standards - Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement - Support major event and storm response programs, travelling as required What do you need?
- Trade qualification in Panel Beating, Spray Painting, Mechanics OR Cert IV Loss Assessing - Strong computer literacy across Word, Excel and Google platforms - Experience with estimating/quoting systems (AUDANET or similar) - Proven capability in stakeholder engagement and delivering constructive feedback - Ability to interpret assessment data and apply strong commercial judgement - A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel interstate
