About the Role

As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, you'll work across a variety of commercial sites throughout Sydney, delivering high-quality cleaning services as part of a supportive and professional team.

The Role at a Glance

HQ based in Western Sydney (Arndell Park)

15-20 hours per week with opportunities for additional hours as the business grows.

Monday to Friday (weekend work only when required)

Typical start time between 6:00am and 7:00am

Willingness to travel to any location across the Sydney metropolitan area

Paid travel between sites

Company vehicle provided for eligible shifts

You'll receive full training, work with professional equipment and learn Tribe's quality systems while developing your skills and building a long-term career.

What You'll Do

- Deliver exceptional commercial cleaning services across a variety of sites.

- Maintain consistently high presentation standards.

- Work across commercial offices, education facilities and post-construction projects.

- Operate professional cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

- Follow company procedures and WHS requirements.

- Complete site documentation where required.

- Work collaboratively to deliver outstanding results.





- Represent Tribe Clean Co professionally at every site.

Essential Requirements

- Full Australian working rights.

- Current Australian Driver Licence.

- Reliable vehicle to travel to designated meeting locations.

- Good English communication skills.

- Willingness to commence work between 6:00am and 7:00am on weekdays.

- Willingness to travel to any location across the Sydney metropolitan area as required.

- Physically capable of performing commercial cleaning duties.

- NSW Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).

Highly Regarded

- Commercial cleaning experience.

- Post-construction cleaning experience.

- White Card.

- Experience using commercial cleaning equipment.
