Weekend Barista for Drive Through in Hilton

Rubra Coffee is a local, family coffee roaster that has been operating for 20 years. We value high-quality coffee and product, and providing exemplary customer experiences. In addition to supplying the local cafe and retail market, we operate a busy drive-through. We are looking for a Weekend Barista to join us at our drive-through - Rubra on the Go in Hilton.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable weekend Barista who has experience in high volume roles and is available to work weekends. Someone who can manage a busy flow while also delivering excellent customer service.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Preparation of high-quality coffee and other beverages (no need for latte art!)

- Service and preparation of food

- Cleaning and care of drive-through equipment, coffee machines and kitchen

- Cash handling

- POS operation





- Open and Close procedures when needed

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 1 year in a similar role making coffee in a busy cafe or drive-through.

- Strong communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and grow

- Versatile availability (may need to work on weekdays to cover staff leave)

- Available to start at 6am
