This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Sales Administrator, Marketing Coordinator, Project Coordinator or Real Estate Administrator looking to take the next step in their career and gain exposure to Melbourne's property development sector.

What's on Offer?

- $85,000 – $90,000 + Super
- Monday – Friday
- Based in Carlton
- Showrooms located across Carlton, Fitzroy & Brunswick
- Exposure to major property projects and developments

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing sales administration support across multiple property projects
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and project marketing materials
- Preparing sales and marketing documentation
- Managing enquiries and assisting with buyer communication
- Maintaining CRM systems and project databases




- Supporting the sales team with administration and reporting
- Coordinating brochures, digital content and marketing collateral
- Liaising with internal teams, agents, suppliers and external marketing partners
- Assisting with the smooth operation of the three project showrooms
- Supporting project launches, inspections and marketing initiatives

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in real estate, property, sales administration or marketing
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong computer and CRM skills
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
- A genuine interest in property, sales and marketing

Preferred

We are looking for someone with strong sales & marketing experience, ideally within the real estate or property industry.
