The Opportunity

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be working directly across channel networks — agent partners, land estates, and investor groups — selling H&L; packages and driving volume across Victoria’s fastest-growing corridors.

Key Responsibilities

- Build robust relationships with channel agents, land estates, and investment partners
- Present H&L; packages with confidence — pricing, timelines, inclusions, specs
- Manage inbound and outbound opportunities with high activity and consistency




- Maintain accurate CRM data, paperwork and compliance
- Work closely with leadership, drafting and operations teams to ensure strong deal flow
- Identify new channel opportunities and contribute to growth planning
- Attend partner meetings, site visits, and industry events

What You Bring

- A solid desire to succeed and grow in the building/property industry
- New home or channel sales experience preferred (not essential)
- Clear communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals with discipline and follow-through
- Admin accuracy — CRM, paperwork, compliance
- Monday–Friday
