Workforce International are seeking an experienced and reliable MR Driver to join the team in the Newcastle area. This is a casual position, offering a great chance to work within an established and friendly team. This role has a strong view to permanency for the right candidate.

About the Role:

- 38 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

- $35.96/hour

- Immediate start for the right candidate

- Central Newcastle location

- View to permanency for the right person

What you'll be doing:

- Safely operating and maintaining a range of MR vehicles to transport aluminium products

- Adhering to all relevant road rules, regulations and safety protocols

- Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles as required

- Providing excellent customer service and on-time deliveries

- Completing accurate documentation and trip logs

- Maintaining the cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicles





A successful candidate will:

- Valid NSW MR Licence (or higher)

- Experience in a similar driving role (experience in warehousing desired however not necessary)

- Ability to pass pre-employment physical assessment (including D&A; screening)

- Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently

- Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule
