National Business Development Manager - Blue Collar Recruitment

We aren't looking for another salesperson. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves business development-someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, negotiating major workforce solutions, and winning national clients.

This is an opportunity to become a key driver in the growth of one of Australia's progressive blue-collar recruitment businesses. You'll have the autonomy to build your own portfolio, develop strategic partnerships and create long-term national accounts across industries including logistics, trade, transport, warehousing, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, and industrial services.

About the Role:-

Reporting directly to the GM, you will be responsible for driving national business growth by identifying, developing, and securing current client partnerships throughout Australia.





You'll spend your time

- Developing new national and multi-site client relationships.
- Creating and executing strategic business development plans.
- Building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Preparing commercial proposals, tenders, and presentations.
- Negotiating labour hire and permanent recruitment agreements.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure exceptional client delivery.
- Identifying emerging industries and growth opportunities.
- Representing the business at networking events and industry functions.
- Travelling nationally to meet clients and expand market presence.

About You:-

You are an experienced recruitment sales professional who has consistently delivered results.

You understand blue-collar recruitment, labour hire and workforce solutions and know how to build lasting client relationships.
