Anchor & Aim Support is growing and looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team. If you’re confident working independently with participants, know how to make an NDIS plan work hard for someone, and genuinely enjoy building robust relationships with participants, plan managers and local providers, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll need

- Previous NDIS Support Coordination experience (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of NDIS plans and funding
- A relationship-first approach — working closely with plan managers, connecting participants with the right providers, and building a strong local network of community supports
- Great communication and report-writing skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Relevant qualification in Community Services, Disability, Social Work or similar (Preferred), not essential.
