We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

Your role & responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Balance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports with precision and accuracy;

Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted;

Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night shift;

Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally;

Maintain a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees;

Follow and complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure all required tasks are accomplished;





Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns;

Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports and Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes (bit not limited to): Experience in a similar role (essential);

Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud;

Robust analytical skills with attention to detail;

Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures;

A guest-centric mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule and working day shifts on an as required basis.
