- Maintain operational readiness by completing opening/closing duties, protecting equipment, and supporting other departments when required. What You’ll Bring - Previous experience in front office or overnight hotel operations acting as the manager on duty.
- Robust guest service capability,



with expertise in anticipating needs and resolving issues with tact, diplomacy, and urgency.
- Highly proficient in front office systems, night audit processes, and hotel property management software.
- Experienced in accurate financial reconciliation, including posting revenue, balancing payments, and identifying discrepancies.
- Well‑developed communication and leadership skills, supervising night staff and maintaining effective inter‑departmental collaboration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of WH&S; guidelines, hotel operational procedures, and local area information relevant to guest experience.
