About the role:

Lead the future of Nursing and Midwifery Workforce planning at GV Health.

As the Nursing & Midwifery Workforce Manager, you will provide operational leadership across workforce planning, recruitment, workforce deployment, compliance, and locum engagement. Working closely with the Deputy Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer, you will help design and deliver a contemporary workforce model that supports high-quality patient care, workforce capability, and long-term sustainability.

In this key leadership role, you will work collaboratively with Senior Nursing and Midwifery leaders to develop and strengthen workforce pathways that attract, develop, and retain talented clinicians. You will drive cutting-edge workforce strategies,



align workforce supply with service demand, and support the development of sustainable talent pipelines to meet the organisation's current and future needs.
