The Administration & Reception Officer provides professional, welcoming and reliable front-of-house and administrative support to the Esperance team. The role is responsible for reception, enquiries, participant and service administration, office and facilities coordination, fleet support and routine corporate administration.
The position works closely with Coordinators, Support Coordinators, Rostering, Operations, HR, Finance and Corporate Services to ensure information is accurate, systems are maintained, enquiries are managed promptly and the Esperance office operates safely, efficiently and professionally.
The role requires a high level of confidentiality, organisation, attention to detail and professionalism, with a strong commitment to person-centred service and GIFSA's values. The position is intentionally flexible and may be directed to assist different areas of the Esperance team, provided duties are reasonable, within role level, supported by training and consistent with GIFSA policies, privacy requirements and NDIS obligations.
