Job Title
Office Manager | Fast-Growing National RPL Agency | Sydney-Based | In-Office Role | Sponsorship Opportunities for the Right Candidate
About Us
Trade Certify connects skilled and experienced tradespeople with nationally recognised RTOs who carry out Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessments — helping tradies turn their real-world experience into formal qualifications. Beyond RPL, we support our clients with marketing, workflow automation, and access to our custom-built SaaS CRM platform.
As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Sydney office — keeping our systems, people and processes running smoothly so the rest of the business can focus on helping tradies get qualified.
The Role: Office Manager
You'll be the operational backbone of our Sydney office, overseeing administrative systems, coordinating staff and resources, and making sure the business runs efficiently day to day. This is a hands-on role for someone who's organised, proactive, and comfortable managing people, processes and priorities all at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and review office administrative services, and set service standards and priorities for the team
- Allocate office resources, workspace and equipment to support daily operations
- Assign, coordinate and monitor the work performance of administrative and support staff
- Manage office records, accounts and reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with management and department leads to coordinate office operations and resolve issues as they arise
- Ensure office equipment, supplies and systems are properly maintained and stocked
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations across the office
- Ensure office practices comply with relevant government legislation, policies and internal procedures
- Coordinate personnel-related activities including onboarding, rostering, payroll support,
training coordination and performance follow-up
- Support the leadership team with process improvement and implementation of office administration systems
What We're Looking For
You're an organised, dependable operator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You take initiative, solve problems before they become issues, and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps a growing team on track.
Key Qualities
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable taking initiative and applying critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Motivated to grow with the company as it scales
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in an office management, operations or administration role
- Familiarity with CRM or business management software (Go High Level a bonus)
- Experience coordinating staff, records or office systems in a fast-paced environment
Why Join Us?
We're more than just a company — we're a tight-knit team with big goals. We believe in rewarding initiative, celebrating success, and supporting each other's growth every step of the way.
