About the Role

Blenners are currently seeking applications for a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at the Tully Depot.

Reporting to our CFO, this is an exciting opportunity to work within our Tully depot. This is a full time opportunity, Monday to Friday shift. You’ll be working autonomously as well as part of a larger finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Receipting and collections

- Invoicing and reconciling customer accounts

- Processing new client applications

- Establishing and maintaining customer rates

- Processing credits and recharging

- Preparing and reconciling receipts

- Working with customer services team to improve accuracy of customer billing

Role Requirements

- Experience in the transport industry preferred

- Experience with Translogix preferred but not essential





- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook

- 2+ years’ experience in similar finance role

- Effective communicator with a customer service focus

- Foster and encourage environment of strong team development & continuous improvement

- Enjoy a fast-paced environment & challenges

- Excellent attention to detail
