Independence Australia Group is hiring for casual support workers to provide direct personal care and assist residents in SIL homes across Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs.

You will work 10–16 hours per week, including morning, day, and overnight shifts, with in office training and supervision from experienced staff. Strong interpersonal skills and compliance with checks are essential for success.
