Our client is a well-established manufacturing business with operations across New South Wales. They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple production facilities, strengthen operational performance and build leadership capability across the business.

Role Overview
Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide operational leadership across several manufacturing facilities, ensuring production, quality, safety and service objectives are achieved. You'll coach site leadership teams, establish consistent operational standards and identify opportunities to improve performance across the network.
You'll also play a key role in business improvement initiatives,
supporting capital investment, driving operational efficiencies and developing a high-performing culture. Working closely with engineering, supply chain and commercial teams, you'll ensure operational decisions align with broader business objectives while creating an setting focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
