About the Role

You will join the Enterprise Risk Management team within Group Risk & Compliance – the second line of defence at Hollard.



Reporting through the Chief Risk Officer to the CEO and Board Risk Committee, the team plays a critical role in building resilience, embedding risk culture, and ensuring compliance with APRA standards and broader regulatory expectations.

In this role, you’ll support the Senior Manager, Operational Risk, to:

- Strengthen and embed Hollard’s operational risk management framework.
- Provide explicit, pragmatic risk advice that supports business objectives within appetite.
- Review and challenge first line risk activities, surfacing systemic risks and improvements.
- Oversee risk in change initiatives, including transformation projects and third-party arrangements.
- Facilitate identification, assessment, and reporting of key operational risks (e.g. people, business continuity, fraud).
