We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Analyst to support business operations, performance analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, identifying operational inefficiencies, and developing practical solutions to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and overall business performance.

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze operational data, processes, and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare regular operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into operational performance.
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and potential operational risks.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other departments to improve business processes.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process documentation.
- Track project progress, operational initiatives, and key business objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support cost reduction, productivity improvement, and resource optimization.
- Validate data accuracy and maintain reliable operational reporting systems.
- Support management with ad-hoc analysis, business reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using data and technology.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational databases.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations analysis,



business analysis, data analysis, consulting, or a related field.
- Robust analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of business processes, operational KPIs, and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with a strong interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
