Common Ground Queensland (CGQ) is a not-for-profit specialist housing organisation. The COO will lead daily operations across tenancy, property and security, guided by trauma-informed, culturally secure practices and strong KPI monitoring. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, manage budgets, and foster a high-performing culture focused on tenant outcomes and collaborative partnerships.
