About the role

Newclip Technics Australia is seeking an Orthopaedic Clinical Support Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for providing operating room clinical and technical support to surgeons and nursing teams using Newclip's innovative medical devices and implants. What you'll be doing

Liaising with surgeons and healthcare staff to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on the use of Newclip's products

Assisting in the preparation and set-up of Newclip's medical devices and implants during surgical procedures

Providing comprehensive training and education to healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of Newclip's products

Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to product usage and patient outcomes

Collaborating with the broader Newclip team to identify opportunities for product improvement and development

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, guidelines and best practices What we're looking for

Experience in a similar Clinical Support or Medical Device Sales role

Recent graduate Science, Allied Health or Biomedical Engineering

Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with surgeons, nurses and other healthcare professionals





Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Relevant tertiary qualification in a healthcare or medical-related field, or equivalent industry experience
