We are looking for a Operations & Production Coordinator to join our team and deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for every client from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring "Client Delight" drives repeat business and referrals.

By taking full ownership of operational excellence, including production scheduling, administrative support, and post-production timelines.

This role optimises internal workflows and elevates our brand by overseeing the creative team and managing the master schedule with absolute visibility over capacity.

This position empowers the Founder to focus on strategic growth and scaling Capture Collective.

About You…

You'll need to have

- 3 years experience

- Great communication skills
- An ability to multitask and manage priorities

- Confidence in problem-solving alone and in collaboration with our team

Main duties (Roles & Responsibilities)





- Client Communication & Delight

- Enquiry management - Efficiently Manage new project enquiries

- Production Scheduling & Calendar Management

- Manage real-time schedule adjustments when last-minute site changes, weather delays, or urgent client requests occur.

- Post-Production Co-ordination (managing post production scheduling, quality control, timelines & client expectation)

- Production Management - project oversight, shoot support & administrative support
