You will be

- Leading a small team of Yardhands to ensure the efficient flow of vehicles through site.
- Overseeing the accurate booking, processing and presentation of vehicles
- Managing daily workflows, allocating work and ensuring operational deadlines are achieved.
- Monitoring operational KPIs,



identifying improvements and driving efficiencies.
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolving operational issues and acting as the key escalation point on site.
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring WHS compliance at all times.
- Remaining hands-on in the operation, supporting the team whenever required.

You are

- An experienced Team Leader, Supervisor or Operations Leader within warehouse, automotive, transport, logistics, fleet or industrial environments.
- A natural leader who enjoys developing people and leading from the front.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced operational environment.
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
- Someone who enjoys improving processes rather than simply maintaining them.
- A confident problem solver who remains calm under pressure.
- Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence, with a Forklift Licence beneficial
