We are looking for safety-focused operators who are available to mobilise for project-based work in regional and remote location and an opportunity with Rio Tinto What's on Offer?

- 2:1 and 2:2 Roster - Competitive hourly rates - Camp accommodation and meals provided - Paid FIFOfrom Eastern States - Long-term project pipeline - Retainment Bonus of $1000 per month (conditions apply) Working as part of a high-performing civil construction team, your responsibilities will include:




- Operating scraper equipment safely and efficiently - Bulk earthworks and site preparation activities - Maintaining production targets while adhering to safety standards - Conducting pre-start checks and basic equipment inspections - Working collaboratively with supervisors and other operators on site To Be Successful You Will Have - Demonstrated experience operating scrapers and other equipment in civil (2 years+) - Current driver's licence - Construction White Card - Solid commitment to workplace health and safety - Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening - Reliable work ethic and ability to work away from home on a rostered basis At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
