Packaging Line Operator – Join Our Capital Crew!

Capital Brewing Co is on the hunt for a passionate Packaging Line Operator to join our team. If you love craft beer, have an eye for detail, this could be your perfect next step.

What you’ll be doing:

- Assist in day-to-day packaging operations including canning, kegging and quality assurance
- Effective operation of all packaging equipment including automated can filler, conveyors, paktech applicator, barcode applicator, cartoniser and palletiser.
- Effective operation of semi-automatic kegging equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness of packaging line and work areas
- Perform quality checks to ensure packaging meets brewery standards
- Follow workplace health and safety practices
- Packaged and dry goods storage and handling
- Perform stocktake of finished and raw material inventory and maintaining inventory management data

What we’re looking for:

- A solid work ethic and positive attitude




- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Team player with good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or brewing is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided
- A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
