Panel Beater – Full Time | Leichhardt, Inner West Sydney

We are a small, family-run smash repair workshop based in Leichhardt, looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our team on a full-time basis.

Our workshop carries out predominantly insurance and fleet repair work, focusing mainly on small to medium-sized jobs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys quality work, steady workflow and being part of a close-knit team.

The role

Your duties will include

- Carrying out small to medium smash repairs
- Insurance repair work
- Fleet vehicle repairs
- Panel repairs and replacement
- Using appropriate repair methods and workshop processes
- Working with the team to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard

About you To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:





- Experience as a Panel Beater
- Ability to work on small to medium-sized repair jobs
- Good attention to detail
- A strong focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A reliable, punctual and positive attitude
- Pride in producing clean, professional repairs

Trade qualifications are preferred, however we are open to an apprentice looking to grow
