About the Role

You will play an integral role in managing legal matters across multiple jurisdictions throughout Australia.

Your responsibilities will include

- Drafting and filing legal documents, including claims and judgments across all Australian jurisdictions.

- Managing legal files from referral including reviewing matters, monitoring progress and maintaining accurate file records.

- Liaising and negotiating with customers and their representatives to achieve practical commercial outcomes.

- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and effectively.

- Contributing to a positive, professional and high-performing team environment.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.

- Experience in negotiation, dispute resolution or debt recovery will be well regarded.
