Roads and Landscape Team Member – Night Shift

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Roads and Landscape Team Member to join our growing team, operating out of Yatala and servicing the greater Brisbane region.

This is a night shift position with working hours from 6:30pm to 4:30am, ideal for individuals who prefer working outside standard daytime hours.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining outdoor environments to a high standard, with a solid focus on vegetation management and weed control across a variety of commercial and public spaces. You’ll play an important part in ensuring landscapes remain safe, presentable, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:





- Application of herbicides for effective weed management
- Monitoring and assessing vegetation health and growth
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring safe handling of materials
- Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety requirements

Requirements:

- Valid Driver’s Licence (essential)
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- ACDC Licence
- High-volume spraying experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
