We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join our Brisbane team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Client Services Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play an important role in shaping their initial experience with the firm. You will support the end‑to‑end management of new client enquiries, guiding prospective clients from first contact through to solicitor allocation with professionalism, care and attention to detail. Working closely with senior team members, you will contribute to high‑quality client service while supporting the efficient day‑to‑day administration of the office.

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients and referral partners
- Receiving and managing new client enquiries via phone, email, website and referral channels
- Providing clear,



accurate and professional guidance to enquirers regarding the firm’s new enquiries process
- Accurately recording and tracking enquiries in line with established processes
- Supporting reception and other office administration functions across the firm, as required

About You

You are a professional, service‑focused administrator who takes pride in providing a positive first experience for clients. You understand the importance of empathy, accuracy and professionalism in a legal environment and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

Requirements

- Previous experience in an office or client service environment, ideally within a professional services setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, courteous and professional phone and email manner
- Proven ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated understanding of client confidentiality and discretion in a legal or sensitive environment
- High level of attention to detail, with strong computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office
- A client‑focused approach, with a genuine commitment to delivering professional, empathetic and high‑quality service
