Dust Temple is looking for an energetic and passionate Part-Time Chef to join our team.

We’re a café and community event space in the heart of Currumbin, known for exceptional coffee, honest food, and a great team culture.

This role is perfect if you’re looking for a lifestyle that lets you enjoy your afternoons while still working in a busy, creative kitchen.

Most shifts are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with the opportunity for additional hours during busy periods.

Whether you’re an experienced breakfast chef, a talented cook looking to step up, or you’re travelling Australia with valid work rights and want to join an awesome team—we’d love to meet you.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking our breakfast and lunch menu

- Maintaining high food quality and presentation

- Working efficiently during busy services

- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and safe

- Working closely with our small, supportive team





- Helping deliver an amazing experience for every customer

You'll be a great fit if you

- Have experience in a commercial kitchen (breakfast experience is a must)

- Stay calm under pressure and enjoy busy services

- Take pride in producing consistently great food

- Are reliable, positive and enjoy working as part of a team

- Have a passion for hospitality and excellent food

- Hold valid Australian work rights
